Concept Productions: Extending the Goofiness

In the world of On Hold Marketing, our Humor On Hold is unique. No other provider we know of consistently creates funny content for telephone applications.

We’ve also explored a sub-division of Humor On Hold that we call “concept” OHM. These productions focus on a single humorous theme and typically feature continuous voiceover and/or a stream-of-consciousness copy style.

Concept productions violate one of our own rules for effective On Hold Marketing: keep the copy concise to increase the chances that callers will hear complete ideas. But nearly all of our Humor On Hold clients have told us that many of their callers ask to be put back on hold so they can hear the entire production. That tells us that people will actively engage with marketing content if it’s audience focused and entertaining, and that they’ll come back for more.

Here are the concept productions we’ve created for our pals at Binkelman Corporation and Lakeland Auto and Marine. We even made one for ourselves back in 2004 called “The Baseball Game.”

Binkelman – TV

Binkelman – Bus Tour

Lakeland Auto – Hold It!

Binkelman – Mutations

Binkelman – Office Talk

BusinessVoice – The Baseball Game

Lakeland Auto – Previously

Binkelman – Holiday Parade

Binkelman – Trapped in a Pit

Lakeland Auto – TV
